About the Author

Dr. Kyl Myers is a sociologist, an award-winning educator, and a globally-recognized advocate for Gender Creative Parenting. By day, she helps people disrupt the intergenerational transmission of sexism. After 3pm, she hang out with a rad little kindergartner named Zoomer, googling questions like “What is earwax?” and playing a game of hide-and-seek that’s been going since the Spring of 2019.
